Card-carrying personal trainer, figure competitor, track runner, powerlifter, yogi, and fitness model, Ashleigh Kast is on the never-ending pursuit of "better." Whether bodybuilding, pole-vaulting, or mud-marathoning, she explores every part of the fitness industry that her amazing clients have. Ashleigh is currently situating herself at DeFranco's Gym in Wyckoff, New Jersey in order to build a women's strength and conditioning program at the famous facility. But her in-person and distance coaching clientele has included all types of students - professional and college athletes, post-injury/rehab clients, and those who want to see big results in a small amount of time.
Ashleigh is a Certified Kettlebell Instructor through StrongFirst (SFG 2, SFL). She is also a Functional Movement Expert (FMS 2), and has worked and mentored under Eric D'Agati. She is a USATF Certified Track and Field Coach and Sprint/Hurdle/Relay Specialist with USATFCCCA. Post NASM CPT and PES, Ashleigh continues to expand her field of expertise. This year, she is working on Clubbell Yoga and Z-Health requirements.
