Bill DeSimone is the author of Congruent Exercise: How to Make Weight Training Easier on Your Joints. He has been a personal trainer since 1983, currently works out of his studio, Optimal Exercise in central New Jersey, and is ACE-certified as a Health Coach and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist.
