Dr. Dan Hollander, C.S.C.S.*D, Breaking Muscle's very own Muscle Sensei, has a passion for strength and conditioning as well as performance enhancement. His career spans over 20 years and he is currently a professor of Kinesiology at Southeastern Louisiana University and adjunct instructor for the School of Professional Advancement at Tulane University as well. He has written over two dozen peer-reviewed articles and presented nationally and internationally with some amazing colleagues.
Dan is also the co-owner of Hollander Counseling & Consulting. Dan has consulted with USA weightlifting (2000-2001 research and sport science team member), USA Triathlon (consultant for level 2 and 3 coaches), USA swimming, USA mountain biking, pre-NFL combine athletes, MLB players, collegiate, Olympic Qualifying athletes, and high school players of various sports. Dan keeps active with his sons, wife, and puppy in Hammond, Louisiana.
