George Vrotsos is a law enforcement officer and fitness enthusiast. George graduated from the police academy in 2006 in excellent shape and started working in law enforcement immediately. After five years of working rotating twelve-hour shifts, skipping workouts, and eating the standard American diet, George found himself out of shape and overweight.
George found the paleo diet, strength training, and metabolic conditioning and got himself in the best shape of his life. George’s journey back to health left him passionate about fitness and nutrition. He now works to share what he has learned with other police officers at his website Premeditated Fitness.
George grew up as an athlete and played football and basketball. He enjoys strength training, kettlebell conditioning, hiking and mountain biking. And he must be an optimist because he chooses to root for Cleveland sports teams.
