Jaime Rose Chambers is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist. Jaime completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Newcastle and is currently completing a Masters of Clinical Medicine for complementary therapies. Jaime has had a lifelong passion for food and cooking so when tossing up whether to become a chef or a doctor, Jaime decided to combine the two.
Jaime treats patients with conditions that include obesity, high cholesterol, diabetes, food allergies and intolerances, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and cancer. Jaime is head of nutrition and wellness at Eat Fit Food, a gourmet nutrition program and meal delivery company, and is an ambassador and advisor to Nuzest Australia.
Jaime spent the last six years dividing her time as the Nutrition Leader for the New South Wales Government project Go4Fun, which targets overweight and obese children aged 7 to 13.
Jaime is a regular nutrition contributor for publications such as Australian Women’s Weekly, Cleo, and Cosmopolitan. She also appears on shows such as healthyMEtv, Today Tonight, and A Current Affair.
