In addition to being the founder of Adapt Performance, he works as both a trainer and Master Instructor for Equinox. Holding more than a dozen certifications running the gamut from athletic performance and Olympic lifting to movement quality and assessment, when he’s not in the gym, Jesse is likely either buried in a book or traveling the world.
