Josh started his career training primarily youth athletes but over the past few years he has switched to working with fat loss clients. His emphasis is on helping people feel better and move better. His goal for all his clients is to help them be able to enjoy their lives to the utmost, no matter their background, interests, or stage of life. He feels that having a healthy alignment between fitness and life plays a big role in overall wellbeing. He is an avid writer who loves to share his experiences with others. When Josh is not working or writing, he enjoys a good cup of coffee while playing disc golf in Southern Maine.
