James has nearly a decade of experience both researching for both of his MS degrees in Exercise Science and application in the field inside chain gyms, private studios, and strength and conditioning facilities from NYC to LA. James grew up playing tennis in his childhood to teen years, competing in kendo, boxing, and fairly recently starting up ju-jitsu when he has free time. His vast experiences allows him to assess, periodalize, and execute programs for rehab, weight loss, strength, and sports performance. When he’s not in a gym, James enjoys meditation, cooking, dancing, listening to podcasts, and reading philosophy and history.
