About Justin Ochoa

Justin Ochoa is the head personal trainer and gym manager at 1 & Only Fitness in Fishers, Indiana. A NASM certified personal trainer; group training specialist; fitness nutrition specialist; speed, agility, and quickness specialist; and TRX Level 1 coach, he works with a wide variety of clients ranging from elite athletes to rehabilitation patients.

Growing up, Justin was a highly competitive basketball player. After deciding to focus on academics in college, Justin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in telecommunications and digital media from Ball State University. Justin’s path to becoming a fitness professional was an uncommon, untraveled, and bumpy road that helped him form a relentless work ethic with the goal of becoming one of the best in the industry. While working for one of the largest multimedia companies in the country, he began to build his base of knowledge and eventually took the leap of faith into a new field.

Besides lifting heavy objects and stuffing his face with reheated chicken breasts, Justin enjoys writing, learning, coaching his AAU basketball team, and spending his time with his wife, son, and dog. Rumor has it that his blood type is dark roast coffee.

Justin is passionate about health and helping others achieve their fitness and nutrition goals. He especially enjoys connecting with likeminded coaches, trainers, athletes, and fitness enthusiasts to continue to learn and perfect his craft while helping others.
