Khaled Allen is a MovNat Level 2 Certified Trainer with the Combatives Speciality. Khaled’s passions include exploring the outdoors up close and personal and writing to empower people. He sees natural movement as the surest way to help people feel free and powerful in life, so he has made teaching others a central part of his mission.
Khaled came to natural movement through the study of martial arts, specifically by watching The Karate Kid and various ninja movies. MovNat is the closest thing he has ever found to ninja training (other than actual ninjitsu). He lives and coaches in Boulder, Colorado.
