As a personal trainer and powerlifting coach, Mark Harvey gets to experience helping others achieve their goals every single day. Since finding strength training and more specifically powerlifting, his passion for training has grown immeasurably. Being able to help other people find the joy of strength training gets him out of bed every morning. Mark’s fascination with the theory and mastery of physiology led him to complete a sports and exercise science degree from Loughborough University. He continues to explore this passion through personal training, coaching university powerlifters, and his own ventures in competition. He has a mission to help everyone he can develop their body and mind through strength training. Mark believes that stronger is always better, no matter what your goal, and believes his approach can help people find a better way of life.
