Mason is a strength and performance coach based out of Little Rock, Arkansas. He is also the owner of Mason Fit, his personal website for writing, online coaching, and consulting. A lifelong athlete, Mason’s passion for improving his own performance led him to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences, as well as the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification.
As a former lanky kid turned strong, Mason’s true passion lies in coaching men and women who want to take their strength and performance to another level.
Since serving a stint in the world of supplement sales, Mason has made it his mission to educate others on the importance of prioritizing proper training and avoiding all of the propaganda in the fitness industry. His ultimate goal is help others achieve a healthy life with a strong body that they’re confident in, and to achieve it in a sustainable way.
When Mason isn’t coaching, programming for clients, or reading, you can find him lifting heavy things, on the basketball court, cycling, or even busting out the occasional set of bicep curls. It’s not uncommon for him to eat breakfast three times a day, and he can also be quite the K-Cup snob.
