About Riley Holland

Riley Holland is the founder and Head Coach of the Bionic Mind Method, and the author of The Mental Toughness Manifesto and The Secret Science of Mindset: How to Train Your Brain for Mental Toughness.

Riley grew up in a family with a proud athletic tradition but also struggled with anxiety and depression from an early age. Instead of going the common (and often ineffective) route of talk therapy and medication, Riley went on a mission.

He dedicated himself to years of studying and practicing a wide variety of mental training and mind-body techniques—Eastern and Western, ancient and modern, mainstream and underground—in an effort to rebuild his own mind from the ground up.

Through a thorough exploration, heavy training, and a ruthless commitment to results, Riley eventually found the methods that pushed him past his own inner demons—and beyond.

Now, Riley has distilled the essence of his own journey into its most critical principles and most potent techniques. Through his writings, online training programs, private coaching, and live workshops, Riley helps people all over the world achieve the same depth of transformation and build their own “bionic minds.”
