As lifetime strength athlete, Ryan has competed in CrossFit, powerlifting, strongman, and weightlifting. After over a decade of injuries, he decided to pull out of the competitive world and focus on kettlebell and bodyweight movement training. Ryan is an avid runner, hiker, and enjoys mountain biking and rock climbing. He works hard to keep up with his young daughter and she is his main inspiration for staying strong and capable long-term.
