Saul was the former GBPF British Bench Press Champion for his age and weight in 2013. After participating in many competitions, Saul has amassed a wealth of knowledge on what is required to be successful in the sport
By constantly competing in such light weight classes, Saul has also learned nutritional skills to enable him to remain at a low bodyweight whilst still maintaining an effective amount of muscle.
After a partial pec tear, Saul's powerlifting career was put on hold. However after many months of recovery, he is back under the bench and training hard in the hope of competing again in the near future.
