Tanner is a fitness professional and writer based in the metro Atlanta area. His training focus is helping normal people drop absurd amounts of fat, become strong like bull, and get in the best shape of their life.
Before coaching, Tanner spent three years peddling supplements, but luckily he's crossed over to the good side of the fitness force and now promotes his love of lifting heavy while staying athletic, hacking habits for sustainable fat loss, and eating delicious food.
When Tanner isn't in the gym, he's hanging out with his dog, Bowser; reading about the brain, habits, and health; or watching Star Wars. Tanner is also a firm believer that steak is the greatest food in the world, followed closely by beer. Tanner coaches at his local World Gym, and online via Fitocracy.
