Wayne has been working as a nutritionist since 2007, earning his BSc in Nutrition in 2005 and his MSc in Applied Sports Nutrition in 2010, he has been using an evidence-based approach to ensure his clients receive the most up to date information and steer clear of gimmicks and fads. Over the last decade, Wayne has expanded his knowledge of both clinical and sports nutrition through online courses, returning to university and working in a dietetic department of an NHS hospital. He now includes food allergies and IBS in his areas of expertise. Wayne’s great passion is cycling, he regularly takes trips to the mountains to tackle some of the sport’s most famous and feared climbs, such as Alpe D’Huez in the French Alps and the Mortirolo in the Italian Alps. Wayne currently lives in Spain with his wife Lucía, who is a dietitian, where they opened their nutrition clinic Gabinete Dietetico De Rueda-Bradley.
