Frogman Workouts: Cycle 6, Week 10, Day 1

Cycle six of the Frogman workouts combines drills in the water and exercises on land to make you stronger and faster.

These workouts are designed by All-American swimmer and world record holder Hannah Caldas. She swims 4,000 meters per day, 2 hours per day, 6 days a week. Hannah has designed these workouts to increase your overall strength and conditioning while also improving your swim technique and speed in the water.

Week 10, Day 1

With fins:

Swim 200, record time
Rest 2 min

Swim 200 within 5 seconds of first 200
Rest 2 min, remove fins

Swim 200 within 15 seconds of first 200
