We know how hard it is to holiday shop, so we thought we would help you out with ideas AND let you get to know all of us at breakingmuscle.com a bit better. We asked our writers, featured coaches, and guest contributors if they could pick ANY 10 fitness/sports/health related items to put on a Holiday Wish List, what would they pick?
Check out what Coach Krista put on HER wish list this year!

Krista’s Holiday Wish List
1. Used truck tire, for flipping – Price? Whatever the guys down at the tire shop’ll give ya?
Nothing says badass and frightens the neighbors like a good ol’ morning tire flip. Remember: run forward, don’t deadlift it!
2. Dragging Sled – $20 for a plastic kid’s sled; $176.13 for the Elite FTS version
Oxen and draft ponies are buff, right? Enough said. Strap yourself to one of these bad boys, load it up, and get the glutes firing.
3. Chains, various sizes and lengths – $5-6/foot
Whether it’s adding weight for pullups, hauling around like Jacob Marley in A Christmas Carol, or just emulating Rampage Jackson, heavy duty transport chains put mojo in your bench press and weird wiggly resistance in your strength curve. Hit up your local hardware store.
4. EXF Rings PRO – $95.00
Not just for kids’ jungle gyms any more. These will build shoulder girdle strength and make you feel like an Olympian. (Well, when you quit falling off them, anyway.)
5. Morganic 50 Hold Screw On Starter Kit – $54.99?
Got a spare wall or ceiling? Sure, of course you do. Fill that blank space full of these protuberances, grab on, and get ready to build fingers of steel.
6. 20L Beer keg – $99.95 (+ $20 deposit)?
Whether empty, full, or half-empty/full (depending on your perspective), a beer keg is fun to hoist and haul. Your call whether to drink the beer first.
7. Metolius Rock Rings 3D – $30.00
If a whole wall is too much of a commitment, try the hanging pullup holds instead.
8. VIVOBAREFOOT shoes – $150.00-250.00
OK, be honest — 5-toed barefoot shoes look dorky or creepy, right? These beautifully designed shoes let you feel barefoot without looking like you should be at a LARP convention.
9. Lake Land Meats Wild Game – $6-30/lb?
If you don’t live in a forest, or if your name isn’t Ted Nugent, it’s hard to get good wild game. These folks deliver.
10. Muscle Masala Cookies – $42.00/box
Decadent, chewy, oh-so-good (and good for you) cookies created by a strength & conditioning coach who actually traveled to India to get inspiration for these intoxicatingly spiced cookies. The debate is heated about which is better: the vanilla fig or chocolate cherry cardamom.
