Frogman Workouts: Cycle 4, Week 12, Day 1

Week 12, Day 1

3 Rounds, with snorkel:
100m Farmers carry with kettlebell underwater (controlled breathing through snorkel)
4x 25 all out sprints with least breaths possible (no snorkel)
