Gymnastics Workout: Cycle 3, Week 10, Day 3
The third cycle of the Gymnastics Workouts will focus on progression with repetition. What makes a gymnast so good at their sport is repetition of skills. To become better and stronger at a particular skill, you need to work that skill on a regular basis. In this cycle we will be concentrating on a few skills that we will repeat every week.
Week 10, Day 3
10 x 1 L-Sit controlled lower to hang
3-5 Rounds of:
- 10 Kipping pull ups
- 10 Burpees
