Welcome to kettlebell workouts with coach Dini Leopoldo. There are two workouts each week which can be done on any two non-consecutive days you have available. Make sure you warm up adequately before starting any of these workouts!

Joint mobility/Primal Move
2x20 second planks
2x20 second side planks per side
3x5 get ups
3x8 goblet squats
3x4 sitting military press, per side
4x5 pull over sit ups

Week 9, Workout 2

2x10 scorpions, per side
2x10 overhead squats
2x10 dips
3x20 swings
3x5 halos, per side
4x8 double kettlebell dead lifts
4x8 double kettlebell clean
4x8 diamond kettlebell push ups
6x20 sec Russian twist
6x20 sec butterfly sit ups
