Kettlebell Workout – Week 7, Day 1
Joint mobility/Primal Move
3×15 swing (2 hands in the first set; second and third sets 1 hand)
3×10 Halos L/R
4×5 Squats and curls
4×10 Bench Dips
3×6 Military Press per side
3×8 Stationary Lunges per side
3×10 Double Cleans
3×3 Windmills per side
3×30 sec Hot Potato
