Starting as a "slightly" overweight teenager, he's tried more supplements and techniques than he'd care to share. His full-time baby is his website, Crude Fitness, where he shares his own no-B.S. training experiences, interviews, supplement reviews, recipes, and gimmick debunking.
With his training and diet book coming out soon, Clint spends his time writing and training while running his creative design business, Pixel Demon. If it's "crude" and fitness related, Clint will have something to say about it.
