His BA in sociology instilled in him a desire to ask questions and look for the deeper meaning behind everyday activities. Josh is passionate about the power of preventative healthcare, as he firmly believes in the strength and ability of nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness to heal, improve health, and prevent disease. Josh is a certified nutritional practitioner, CrossFit Level 2 Coach, and is certified in FRC, AMA lower extremity, and CrossFit Mobility.
