Robert Handsfield, M.S., is a physicist and MovNat certified trainer in Rochester, New York. A retired swimmer and lifelong explorer, he stays as active as possible while researching statistical computing and shaking his fist at the snow. Robert takes a scientific approach to life fitness, combining primary scientific research with his own independent studies of diets, programs, and methods. He specializes in mobility, injury maintenance, and how to integrate fitness into a busy schedule.
Robert teaches movement at Rochester Parkour, where he helps students develop the tools to understand and augment their own movement abilities. He currently conducts independent research on the mathematics of movement analysis.
