Toe Opening Pose
Starting on your hands and knees, begin to turn the toes under feeling a easy stretch. To go deeper in the toes and feet begin to bring your weight out of the hands and reach your arms behind you on the floor. For the deepest stretch, release the head and neck as you open the chest in the full expression of the pose. Stay here for 5-10 breaths or as long as you can tolerate the stretch.
