Rabbit Pose Focus
Starting in child’s pose, sit back on your heels and place your forehead on your mat.
Bring your hands together and interlace your fingers behind your back. Next lift your hips as you begin to roll onto the crown of your head.
**Yogi’s Tip: Be careful with your neck in this pose. Make sure that you are on the crown of your head. Try to keep some weight off the head by engaging the legs more and pressing them down into the floor.
Stay in the pose for 5-10 deep breaths. Rest and repeat as needed, finishing in child’s pose for a few breaths.
