Our breath is the dialogue we have with the world. It’s how we connect to the space around us. Paying attention to your breath can have a massive impact on your quality of life and your practice. There are a million tips and tricks on how to do this, and they are all good for somebody.
The attention we pay to our breath has a ripple effect into every facet of your life; your training, your relationships, even how good you feel in your own body. Something as simple as a few breaths taken in stillness each morning can make a tremendous difference.
