Welcome to our brand new RKC Kettlebell Workout of the Day! Join us for a combination of swings, core exercises, strength work and flexibility work from RKC Instructor Dini Leopoldo.

Welcome to the RKC Kettlebell workout from coach Dini Leopoldo. Two new workouts are posted each week – on Tuesday and Thursday – and can be done on any day you have available. Make sure you warm up adequately before starting any of these workouts!

Kettlebell Workout – Day 1

5×1 Minute Plank

4×5 Front Squats
4×5 Military Press

3×3 Windmill
