Get a total body workout and increase strength and mobility with the first cycle of RKC Kettlebell WODs by RKC II Dini Leopoldo.

Welcome to the RKC Kettlebell workout from coach Dini Leopoldo. Two new workouts are posted each week – on Tuesday and Thursday – and can be done on any day you have available. Make sure you warm up adequately before starting any of these workouts!

Kettlebell Workout – Day 1

2x30sec Jumping Rope
2x30sec Planks

3×15 Squats with Shoulder Row
3x 12 Lunges, touching front toe, opposite arm, opposite leg

3x30sec Swings
3×20 sec Push Ups

2×5 Half Get Up, per side
