Kettlebell Workout – Day 2
4×10 1-Hand Swings
4×7 Halos/Each Direction
1-5 Ladder Turkish Get Ups
2×10 2-Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift
2×10 2-Kettlebell Back Rows
3×5 Pullover Sit Ups
Stretch
