Kettlebell Workout – Day 1

2x30sec Elbow/Hands Planks
2×25 Hand to Hand Swings

3×5 Single Leg Deadlift/Side

3×5 Double Squats
3×5 Double Military Press

3×5 Renegade Row/Side
3×10 Push Ups

4x30sec Single Arm Sit Up (2/Side)
