We wrap up the week with a combo of strength building and heart rate raising exercises with the kettlebell!

Kettlebell Workout – Day 2

5×10 Swings
5×10 Front Squats
5×10 Push Ups

2×5 Turkish Get Ups

3×10 Underneath Lunges

2×5 2-Kettlebell Back Rows
2×5 2-Kettlebell Bridge Press

3x30sec Hot Potato
4×5 Pullover Sit Ups
