Kettlebell Workout: Cycle 2, Week 4, Day 1

Get a total body workout and increase strength and mobility with the second cycle of Kettlebell WODs by Dini Leopoldo.

Welcome to the Kettlebell workout from coach Dini Leopoldo. Two new workouts are posted each week – on Tuesday and Thursday – and can be done on any day you have available. Make sure you warm up adequately before starting any of these workouts!

Kettlebell Workout – Day 1

Joint mobility

2x20sec Supermans
2x20sec Bridges

3×10 Push Press
3x20sec Planks, elbows to the knees

2×10 Lunges in the Rack, per side
2×10 Squats and Curls, followed by Triceps Extension
2×10 Jump Squats

3x20sec Pullover Crunches
