Joint mobility/Primal Move

3x30sec Push Ups, jumping to the side at each time
4x20sec Swings
4×5 Around the World per side
4×5 Walking Halos per side
3×3 Turkish Get Ups per side
3×5 Rack Squats
3x20sec Overhead Walk per side
5x20sec High Pulls per side
5x10sec Rest
