Kettlebell Workout – Day 1
Joint mobility/Primal Move
2x30sec Planks
2×30 Swings
3×5 Squats and Curls repeat 3x
3×10 Dips on the bench
3×10 Hand to Hand Swings
3×3-5 Pistol Squat (Beginners use the bench to give support)
3×5 Push Ups w/feet on the bench
3×5 Double Clean
3×5 Double Military Press
2×5 Windmills
2x30sec V-ups
