Joint mobility/Primal Move
2×45 seconds of Elbow Hand Plank
2×45 seconds Handstand kick ups to wall
3×8 Double Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift
3×3 Windmill per side
3×8 Front Squat
3×20 Swings
3×5 Military Press
3×3 Half Get Up per side
Stretch
