3×3 Windmills per side
3×6 Goblet Squats
3×8 High Pulls per side
3×8 Single Arm Row
3×5 Back Lunges with rotation per side
3×15 Swings
2x20sec Sitting Hot Potato
2x20sec Side Crunches per side
