Kettlebell Workout – Day 2

Joint mobility/Primal Move

2x30sec Superman
2x30sec Bridges

4×5 Rack Squats
4×6 Double Kettlebell Bridge Press
4×7 Burpees

3×5 Pullover Sit Ups

3×6 Double Kettlebell Suitcase Deadlift

3×10 Hand to Hand Swings

3x30sec V-ups

3x20sec Side Crunches per side
