Kettlebell Workout – Day 1
Joint mobility/Primal Move
2×20 Jumping Jacks
2×10 Push Ups
4×5 Squats and Curls
4×8 Crunches
3×5 Sitting Military Press per side
3×5 Pullover Sit Ups
3×20 sec Hip Bridges w/kettlebell on the belly
3×5 Stationary Lunges per side
3×10 High Pulls
3×30 sec Hot Potato
3×30 sec Bicycles
