3×20 sec Planks
3×3 Turkish Get Ups per side
3×6 Burpees
3×8 Rack Squats per side
3×8 Renegade Rows (4 per side)
3×8 Cleans per side
3×20 sec V-ups
3×20 sec Russian Twist
