Kettlebell Workout – Day 1
Joint mobility/Primal Move
3×20 sec Jumping Jacks
3×20 sec Elbow Hands Planks
3×3 Turkish Get Ups per side
3×10 High Pulls per side
3×5 Rack Squats per side
3×8 Single Arm Rows per side
3×10 Clean per side
3×20 sec V-ups
3×20 sec Side Crunches per side
Stretch
