Kettlebell Workout – Day 1
Joint mobility/Primal Move
2×20 One Hand Swings
2×10 Push Ups
5×3 Heartbeat Squats
3×5 Military Press per side
3×20 sec Hip Bridges w/kettebell on the belly
3×5 Stationary Lunges per side
3×10 Clean per side
4×25 sec Russian Twist
4×25 sec Hip Hop
