Kettlebell Workout: Cycle 7, Week 1, Day 2

Cycle seven of the kettlebell workouts by coach Dini Leopoldo will improve your strength and conditioning with basic kettlebell exercises for athletes of all levels.

Welcome to the Kettlebell workout from coach Dini Leopoldo. Two new workouts are posted each week – on Tuesday and Thursday – and can be done on any day you have available. Make sure you warm up adequately before starting any of these workouts!

Kettlebell Workout – Day 2

Joint mobility/Primal Move

2×5 Bodyweight Turkish Get Ups
2×20 Swings

3×6 Double Lunges (per side)
3×6 Double High Pulls

3×8 Good Morning stretch
3×5 Military Press (per side)

3×30 sec Sitting Hot Potato
3×20 sec Hip Hops (With hands under the tailbone, lift your hips up and down)
