Kettlebell Workout: Cycle 7, Week 10, Day 2

Cycle seven of the kettlebell workouts by coach Dini Leopoldo will improve your strength and conditioning with basic kettlebell exercises for athletes of all levels.

Welcome to the Kettlebell workout from coach Dini Leopoldo. Two new workouts are posted each week – on Tuesday and Thursday – and can be done on any day you have available. Make sure you warm up adequately before starting any of these workouts!

Kettlebell Workout – Week 10, Day 2

Joint mobility/Primal Move

2x30sec Swings
2x30sec Bodyweight bear crawls

3×8 Underneath lunges per side
3×10 Biceps curls
3×10 Triceps extension

3×8 High pulls per side
3×10 Burpees
3×12 Jump squats

3×15 Sit ups
3x20sec Side crunches per side
