Kettlebell Workout – Day 1
3×20 Step up
3×10 Push ups
3×5 Pull ups
4×5 Squats and curls
4×10 Bench dips
3×6 Military press per side
3×8 Stationary lunges per side
3×10 Double cleans
3×3 Windmills per side
3×30 sec Up chucks
