Joint mobility/Primal Move
2×20 One Hand Swings
2×10 Push Ups
4×5 Squats and Curls
4×10 Triceps Extensions
3×5 Military Press per side
3×8 Stationary Lunges per side
3×10 Clean per side
3×3 Windmills per side
3×30 sec Hot Potato
