Joint mobility/Primal Move
3×10 Bodyweight Squats
3×10 Push Ups
3×10 Bodyweight Lunges per side
4×4 Turkish Get Ups
3×5 Goblet Squats
3×10 Bicep Curls
3×10 Bench Dips
2×20 sec Hot Potato
2×20 sec Side Crunches per side
