Kettlebell Workout – Week 7, Day 1
2×5 Bodyweight Turkish Get Ups
2×20 Swings
3×6 Double Squats
3×6 Double High Pulls
3×8 Good Morning Stretch
3×5 Military Press (per side)
3×30 sec Sitting Hot Potato
3×20 sec Hip Hops (With hands under the tail bone lifting the hips up and down)
